Loophire was founded in 2019 by Chris Jones, a former recruiter and staffing agency owner with over 3000 candidate placements. The idea for Loophire is attributed to decades of feedback from hiring and hunting clients in those roles. Loophire uses sophisticated automation technology and high-touch services to elevate the hiring process for companies and candidates alike.

Summary:

Loophire is a next generation talent solutions company that is looking to rapidly grow all internal and externally-facing teams. The company is looking to hire an experienced recruiter with exceptional sourcing skills to help accelerate our ambitious hiring goals for our clients and internal team. The role will engage in all aspects of the recruiting functions for our hiring clients and internal team. Your primary focus will be sourcing and qualifying candidates more multiple roles across numerous industries in the corporate office space.  

What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and deliver an inclusive talent strategy based on the needs of our clients and execute a plan that is able to deliver top candidates in a fast-growing startup environment
    • Managing the process from posting through day-of-hire including:
    • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
    • Work with HR and hiring managers to develop job descriptions for all new positions
    • Posting new positions on various job boards and internally within Loophire
    • Screening resumes
    • Performing in-person, video and phone interviews with candidates
    • Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
    • Coordinating interviews with account managers and client hiring managers
    • Following up on the interview process status
    • Administering appropriate company assessments
    • Making recommendations to the company’s hiring managers
    • Performing reference checks as needed
    • Present job offers and effectively negotiate terms to help encourage offer acceptance
    • Work with leadership and tech to create an effective process for new hire provisioning
    • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
    • Develop and maintain relationships in the Tech start-up, HR and other relevant groups and organizations to create a pipeline of qualified candidates
    • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
    • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
    • Drive a strong candidate and client experience through a high-touch and consultative recruiting process
    • Completing timely reports on employment activity
    • All other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required
    • Experience performing advanced Boolean searching for targeted candidate profiles
    • Experience partnering with business leaders to define recruiting requirements and assist with staffing plans
    • 3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting in corporate and/or start-up environments
    • Experience placing all levels of employees from entry level to leadership level candidates
    • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the selection process and successfully manage challenging assignments
    • Excellent telephone demeanor
    • Strong organizational skills

    • Successful track record of closing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks

Summary:

Loophire is a next generation talent solutions company that is looking to rapidly grow all internal and externally-facing teams. We’re looking for a talented and proven leader with exceptional sales skills to help accelerate our ambitious growth goals in 2021 and beyond. The role will engage in all aspects of the customer acquisition process in order to meet and exceed outlined KPIs. Your primary focus will be acquiring companies in the SMB market (small to medium size businesses) that are in need of hiring services for multiple roles across numerous industries in the corporate office realm (administration, finance, sales, operations, human resources). 

The Day to Day:

• Source and proactively create business through traditional sales channels (cold calls, social media, emails, etc)

• Run discovery on qualified inbound leads to determine fit for business 

• Communicate Loophire’s services to customers and deliver compelling product demos and proposals tailored to their specific needs.

• Close net new business and manage customer relationships through the onboarding process.

• Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through marketing-leads, customer referrals, and executive introductions.

• Maintain accurate CRM information on customers and opportunities within Hubspot.

• Make effective and efficient use of our customer experience teams and sales engineers to educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions.

• Collaborate with internal sales, support, and marketing departments to ensure that customer’s buying experience is simple, clear, and driven by business needs.

• Position our company’s capabilities and value proposition to resolve customer concerns or objections throughout the buying process.

• Provide sales reports to management and executives on a regular basis and assistance on special projects where requred.

Your Expertise and Passion:

• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience with an unbeaten track record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota.

• Experience in selling services to small to medium sized businesses 

• You’re a natural on the phone.

• You realize that our company is a niche technology service and it’s not about the sale, it’s about what’s best for the customer and Loophire. Success means we both succeed.

• You’re organized, focused, adaptive, and can give concise reports on opportunities to company leadership.

• Experience selling services and customizable solutions to owners, c-suite, or human resources decision makers is strongly preferred.

• Previous ATS (applicant tracking systems) or CRM experience is a plus.
